At LLE Foundation, we are committed to providing quality preparation programs and student support services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms related to cancellation, withdrawal, and refund requests for our preparation programs and related services.
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
If any student wishes to discontinue the preparation program for any reason, the following conditions will apply:
If the withdrawal request is made within 7 days from the commencement date of the batch, an amount of ₹5,000/- will be deducted from the total preparation fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated only on the actual fee amount paid and not on any discounted or promotional fee structure.
The refund process may take a minimum of 30 working days from the date of approval.
Refund amounts will be transferred only to the parent’s bank account registered with us.
To initiate the refund process, the student/parent must fill out the official refund application form at our foundation office.

Refund requests made verbally, over telephone, WhatsApp, or email will not be accepted.
A one-year program selected at the time of admission cannot be upgraded to a combo program at discounted fees after the batch commencement date.
Any legal dispute related to cancellation or refund shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts only.
Policies, fees, and terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Students and parents are advised to verify the latest information directly with the institute before taking admission or making payments.
